- We use FedEx SmartPost for shipping and it generally takes 2-8 business days, Monday through Saturday, for your ink to arrive. Outside the continental 48 states it might take longer. Our delivery area covers the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and Military APO/FPO destinations

- Returns & Replacements
- Returns and replacements are handled by filling out our handy RMA form. Your RMA form must be filed out completely. Your RMA request will be attended to promptly and our RMA staff will contact you by phone or e-mail. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours ( excluding weekends and holidays ) please call customer support at 1-800.375.6816, (M-F, 9-5 PST).
