We offer the same yield and quality as the Original Equipment Manufacturer's cartridges. All Green Brand products are manufactured under ISO 9001 standards. We batch test every cartridge sku that comes through our door for quality assurance.

How long have you been offering services like this one?

We have been offering quality recycling solutions for print cartridges for over 14 years, but we officially started Go Green Brand in 2007

How do I use your recycling program and how much does it cost?

We offer prepaid FedEx return stickers to recycle the empties. (Meaning we pay for the whole recycling program!) Just box them up, call FedEx for a pickup or schedule a pickup online. They will be there within 24 hours.

Are there any other incentives to the recycling program?

For Every GREEN Brand Laser or InkJet cartridge you send back we will credit your account 25 cents. You can used your accrued credit towards future purchases reducing your overall cost.

What is your return policy?

Returns and replacements are handled by filling out our Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please fill out your RMA form completely. Your RMA request will be attended to promptly by one of our friendly staff within 24 hours. We will contact you by phone or e-mail, whichever you choose as a communication preference. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours ( excluding weekends and holidays ) please feel free to call customer support at 1-800.375.6816, (M-F, 9-5 PST).

Go Green ™ Brand and American Forests will be planting Living Classrooms with schools in many communities. Living Classrooms help provide community tree planting opportunities for students.

Where does American Forests plant Go Green™ Brand trees?

American Forests has planted over 20 million new trees in environmental restoration projects throughout North America and in many foreign lands. Your Go Green ™ Brand Cartridges trees will be planted in current US projects that are helping alleviate many significant environmental problems from wildfire restoration, riparian tree planting to stabilize river banks to rebuilding wildlife habitat for birds and animals.

Who is American Forests?

American Forests is the nation’s oldest (501C3) non-profit conservation organization, founded in 1875. They are a world leader in tree planting for environmental restoration, a pioneer in the science and practice of urban forestry and a primary communicator of the benefits of trees and forests.

How Do Trees Clean the Air?

During photosynthesis, a tree "inhales" carbon dioxide (CO2) from the air then separates the carbon from the oxygen molecules. The carbon is absorbed by the tree and stored in its wood and roots and then the tree "exhales" pure oxygen back into the air for us to breathe. This process, called sequestration is how forests have always helped regulate the earth's atmospheric balance. Trees act as natural filters.
